Terms of Use

MCMRx is an information service that helps users compare prescription-medicine prices across nearby pharmacies, manage prescriptions and reminders, discover medical camps and healthcare facilities, and understand government health schemes. We are not a pharmacy and we do not sell or dispense medicines.

• You must be 18+ to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity from your account.
• Doctor and pharmacy accounts require verification; we may suspend any account that supplies false credentials.
• One human, one account. Sharing a patient code with a doctor is fine; sharing your login is not.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or resell data from MCMRx without written permission.
• Upload false prices, fake licences, or impersonate a doctor or pharmacy.
• Attempt to access another user's account, prescriptions, or uploaded cards.
• Use MCMRx to coordinate the sale of restricted drugs outside their legal channel.

Information on MCMRx — including prices, generics, NPPA ceilings, scheme benefits, and camp details — is provided as guidance only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a qualified clinician. Always confirm dosage, interactions, and prescriptions with your doctor or pharmacist before acting on information you see here.

When a verified doctor sends a prescription to your MCMRx patient code, MCMRx merely transmits and stores the prescription. Clinical responsibility lies with the prescribing doctor. Pharmacies are responsible for dispensing and authenticity. If a pharmacy refuses to honour a prescription, the matter is between you, the doctor, and the pharmacy.

• Crowd-sourced prices are a snapshot and may differ at the counter.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay; their terms apply to the payment transaction.
• Subscription fees (MCMRx Plus, Doctor Pro, Pharmacy Pro) renew monthly unless cancelled. Refunds are granted at our discretion within 7 days of charge for unused service.
• Pharmacy orders are between you and the pharmacy. MCMRx is not the seller of record.

When you contribute prices, receipts, reviews, or messages to MCMRx, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, aggregate, and surface that content within the service. You retain ownership. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid users.

To the extent permitted by law, MCMRx, its founders, and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹2,000, whichever is higher.

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Sections 4, 7, 9, and 11 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
